Photocopy of your drivers license or official ID
Social Securiity Number
Evidence of LPRA status if not a citizen
Federal tax ID number and your business checkbook
Business owners NOT eligible for these loans include those with a criminal record or anyone who has defaulted on any government loans, including student loans.
All partners, principals, or co-owners of the business must apply together.
Non-profit organizations are not eligible.
