03-16-13 The First to File provisions of the America Invents Act take effect today. Starting now, if anyone wants patent protection, a patent application must be filed before any public use or any offer to sell a product embodying the invention.

10-25-12 It is with great sadness that I report that Igor Alexeff passed away early Thursday morning, October 25, 2012. Igor was a prolific inventor with 20 patents. Anne and family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm, Monday, October 29, at Weatherford Mortuary in Oak Ridge. The service will be held at 8pm.
